ESR tueb with pipette

TEDAMED ESR pipette (westergren tube)  are

made of medical high transparent polystyrene(PS), used for

erythrocyte sedimentation rate,is the rate at which

red blood cells sediment in a period of one hour. Itis a

common hematology test,and is a non-specific

measure of inflammation.The filter on the top of the

ESR pipette to provent the dirty come into the pipette

from the top. The clear graduation is easier to be read

for the user.

1. use the ESR tube (wih 3.8% sodium citrate diluents) collect a sum of blood sample before the test mix the blood ,place pipette with tube in an ESR rack which is at horizontal position.

2 Put the ESR pipette into the ESR tube vertically , the leak proof of tube eusure the bloodcan rise along the ESR pipette reach to the "0" graduation accurantly , stop the operation . Attention :Eusure the accurancy of gradutation , must guarantee the ESR pipette touch the bottom of ESR tube , the ESR pipetee should keep the vertical situaion on the ESR rack .

3. Keep upright standing for one hour, observe the bloo height in the ESR pettet the red blood clls fll is mesured and

reported in mm/h.

4、Do the protection and ensure the safety during the operation process, keep well about the blood sample and labware after the test. Avoid the pollution to the human and environment.
